Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the existing customer portfolio,
• Acquire new customers and increase sales volume,
• Achieve the sales targets set for Training and Certification services,
• Carry out documentation management activities in compliance with accreditation requirements,
• Follow up on proposals, contracts, and post-sales processes,
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies by conducting market and competitor analyses,
• Prepare, develop, and maintain the documentation required for training activities,
• Plan and coordinate the training calendar.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a relevant university department,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position,
• Good command of written and spoken English (mandatory),
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications,
• Customer-oriented with a strong commitment to quality,
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment,
• Strong analytical thinking, planning, and organizational skills,
• Results-oriented with strong persuasion and negotiation skills,
• No travel restrictions and willing to travel when required,
• Residing on the Asian side of Istanbul or willing to relocate.
