Key Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting and finance operations in compliance with local regulations and Group procedures
• Establish and maintain an effective control system covering all accounting processes (trial balance, journal entries, invoicing, payments, collections, etc.), ensuring corrective actions before month-end close
• Ensure efficient cash flow management
• Oversee timely payment of all statutory obligations (taxes, etc.) to avoid penalties
• Review and ensure accuracy of all statutory reports, including VAT returns, corporate income tax, and stamp duty, and prepare corporate tax and prepaid tax filings
• Ensure proper administration and monitoring of all financial activities, including credit control
• Actively contribute to the preparation of the annual budget
• Prepare quarterly forecasts in collaboration with senior management and department heads
• Manage statutory registrations and renewals for all offices
• Train and develop team members in accounting regulations, procedures, and Group policies
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for local, regional, and corporate management
• Manage team performance, engagement, and development, and support the implementation of HR processes
• Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies and procedures
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities

Strategic & Operational Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s short- and long-term objectives
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes, providing actionable insights to senior management
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and reporting requirements across multiple jurisdictions
• Oversee the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and management reports
• Manage treasury activities, including cash flow, working capital optimization, and financial risk management
• Play an active role in cash collection and receivables management
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, HR, and Legal departments to improve efficiency and profitability
• Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Evaluate and implement financial systems, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and scalability
• Monitor KPIs and financial metrics to assess performance, identify trends, and proactively address risks and opportunities
• Support mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic initiatives with financial analysis and guidance
• Provide financial insights to support commercial decisions, pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and market expansion
• Drive financial performance through revenue growth and cost optimization initiatives
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the direct manager

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting
• Solid experience in international financial reporting
• At least 5 years of managerial experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, etc.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (including macros), Word, and PowerPoint
• Good command of English
