Through our REAPG factory in Tuzla, we are expanding our capabilities in energy storage production and strengthening our vertical integration from EPC to BESS manufacturing.

At present, we are seeking a highly skilled Finance Specialist to join our team in İstanbul.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field

·       Minimum 2 years of professional experience in finance or financial operations

·       Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel

·       Good command of English

·       Demonstrated analytical thinking, accuracy, and strong attention to detail

·       Disciplined, result-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively

·       A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal communication skills

·       Customer-focused mindset and ability to work confidently with internal stakeholders

·       Proactive, solution-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills

·       Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with high sense of responsibility

Job Description:

·       Prepare daily bank reports, cash summaries, and daily/monthly cash flow analyses

·       Maintain daily cash transactions and perform regular cash/bank checks

·       Organize and execute daily payment requests (advances, rent, procurement payments, etc.)

·       Manage daily loan, cheque, DBS and invoice payments, including bank instructions

·       Prepare weekly payment lists and ensure approvals and timely execution

·       Track guarantee cheques and promissory notes

·       Support monthly cash flow and financial summary reporting
