We are looking talents to build their career as a Mechanical Works Technician for our project in Trinidad and Tobago! 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate Degree in Mechanical Technology or Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technology
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical installation and site supervision works
• Good command of written and spoken English is preferred
• Proficient in AutoCAD; experience with MS Office Programs and Revit is preferred
• Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Analytical thinking, result-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn and adapt
• Previous experience in projects executed in accordance with American Standards and familiarity with related specifications is preferred

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist in supervising and monitoring the installation of mechanical site utilities, including fire protection, domestic water, sanitary sewer, and stormwater piping systems
• Support the installation and testing of water and wastewater treatment systems, underground fuel storage tanks, and fuel distribution piping systems
• Assist in the installation, inspection, and commissioning of mechanical equipment and systems, including air handling units (AHUs), chillers, boilers, and associated mechanical room equipment
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure mechanical works are executed in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and schedules
• Participate in commissioning activities, including Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) processes
• Prepare site reports, installation records, and as-built documentation as required
• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance requirements during the execution of mechanical works
