     Shipment Planning & Transport Operations Supervisor

• Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Business, Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering,
• Min. 5 years of experience in planning, execution Order Fulfillment, Shipment Planning,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in team management,
• Leadership skills, to motivate and coach his/her team in a fast growing, dynamic environment,
• Have knowledge about documentation, planning and execution of Export and Transportation Operations,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications,
• SAP MM Module knowledge is an asset.

       JOB DESCRIPTION

• Plan, coordinate and monitor execution of;
• Order fulfillment process within perspective of Logistics and Foreign Trade,
• International distribution activities, shipment planning in order to meet the confirmed delivery dates and customer demand in a timely and effective manner,
• Day-to-day customer service to all stakeholders and clients,
• International transport operations with 4PLs and carriers.
• Lead the Shipment Planning and Transport Operations team.
• Prepare periodic reports regarding order fulfillment, shipment planning and transport operations,
• Participate process optimization and cost saving projects as a member of Logistics Team.
