- Accounting, Controlling, Financial Planning and Reporting, IFRS, Tax Management and Turkish GAAP experience required for minimum 5 years at multinational environment.
- Audit background is preferred.
- Managerial experience required for minimum 3 years.
- English with professional proficiency level.
İŞ TANIMI
Controlling :
- Preparation of variance analysis between expected andactual results on the relevant variables by comparing performance with operating plans and standards and providing specific recommendations.
- Guaranteeing the coherence between management and consolidated financial reporting by setting the appropriate system / procedure sand reconciling periodically the variances.
- Providing the correct and prompt information needed to prepare the group consolidated financial statements as well the local subsidiaries financial statement to respective Board of Director sand to any other concerned third party, as well asto implement effectively administrative and accounting procedures in compliance with the accounting directives issued by the parent company.
- Definition of general processes /structure / policies of companie’s management information system for financial, planning control & reporting.
Reporting :
- Timely preparation of departmental reports and profit and loss statements for each business unit and group function ( ‘’ budget to actual ‘’ results ), in order to guarantee the respect of deadlines in planning processes as per group calendars.
- Definition of the appropriate structure of management reporting for the Boards ofDirectors, executive managers,relevant line managers and for external financial communication.
- Managing the Financial Communication preparing the Annual and Interim Reporting, according to the company procedures and CFO directives and guidelines.
- Detecting all the possible accounting implications of desicions, actions or events regarding the operations of the Group and evaluating the relevant impact on Financial Reporting.
- Contribution to financial planning & development as a member of the financial management team. Distribution of Accounting & Financial reports to executive and management teams.
