QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or relevant fields,
- At least 3 years of experience in all human resources area, specialized in recruitment (preferbly international industrial environment),
- Advanced level of English
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization,
- Flexibility and ability to adapt easily,
- Advanced Ms Office skills,
- No military obligation for male candidates.
- Will be resident in Eskişehir
İŞ TANIMI
- In order to fill the existing and future job openings including white collar and blue collar, participate in all talent acquisition strategies, systems and processes by enabling the processes and resources to hire the right people at the right time and ensure that recruiting objectives are met
- Responsible for entry all aspects of the hiring process: placing job advertisements, reviewing resumes, coordinating/conducting interviews, candidate interviewing and performing reference checks,
- Build short and long term recruiting pipelines and enhance the employment brand for both blue collar and white collar through all channels (web, social media, career fairs, university relations, network contacts within the larger community, deep social media data mining, applicant tracking etc.),
- Responsible for conducting human resources activities for a diverse employee population, interact with all levels of management and employees on communication and administration of HR programs, policies and objectives,
- Administer various human resource plans and procedures for all organization personnel; assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies, procedures and manuals, create and maintain job descriptions,
- Participate in developing and implementing HR systems,
- Maintain necessary documentation, prepare reports and provide administrative support in the areas of responsibility,
- Support other functions of HR (performance management, employee orientation and other training programs etc.)
