Shopping Mall General Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate who will contribute to our corporate vision should possess:

• A degree from relevant university departments,

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the shopping mall (retail real estate) sector,

• Proven experience in managing teams within the service industry,

• Advanced proficiency in English,

• Strong command of MS Office applications,

• Strong leadership, coordination, guidance, and motivational skills,

• Excellent communication, representation, and persuasion abilities,

• A proactive approach to customer satisfaction, process improvement, and efficiency,

• Strong strategic thinking, analytical assessment, and problem-solving skills,

• Up-to-date knowledge of financial/administrative regulations and commercial terminology,

• Advanced reporting skills that support decision-making processes,

• Experience in process coordination within organizational structures,

• Ability to adapt to flexible working hours,

• Completion of military service (for male candidates).

ROLE SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Shopping Mall General Manager will play an active role in ensuring operational sustainability and the continuous improvement of corporate performance, including:

• Evaluating and supervising all managerial activities in line with corporate policies and reporting to senior management,

• Ensuring full compliance of operational processes with laws, regulations, and occupational safety standards,

• Conducting negotiations with tenants, suppliers, and business partners on behalf of the organization and managing related relationships,

• Leading the integration of processes that enhance efficiency, profitability, and brand prestige,

• Monitoring industry and technological developments and proposing investments and improvements that strengthen competitiveness,

• Preparing and reporting financial/legal analyses based on data received from leasing, sales, and expenditure departments,

• Contributing to strategies and action plans aimed at increasing tenant turnovers and sales volumes,

• Developing business plans and budgets for advertising, promotion, and brand awareness activities and coordinating with related departments,

• Ensuring flawless execution and periodic reporting of occupational safety, technical operations, and preventive maintenance processes,

• Securing compliance of KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law) processes with related regulations,

• Systematizing documentation for the Quality Management System, Customer Satisfaction Management System, and internal workflows,

• Overseeing the correct implementation of organizational hierarchy, job descriptions, and authority levels,

• Establishing performance metrics, preparing related reports, and supporting improvement processes,

• Contributing to HR planning and supporting the General Manager,

• Ensuring effective implementation of ISO 9001 and ISO 10002 standards within the institution,

• Creating corporate regulations, ensuring their dissemination, and enhancing clarity across the organization,

• Managing reporting related to quality management performance, areas for improvement, and process development opportunities.
