QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
• Graduated from related departments of universities, (Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Labor Economics, Human Resources Management, etc.)
• At least 15 years of experience in the management of all Human Resources processes,
• Personnel Payroll & Personnel Affairs, Selection-Placement, Training, Remuneration and Benefits, Organizational Development, Performance Management System Establishment and Management (Individual and Corporate), Career Management, Minimum 10 years of actual (operational experience) in Norm staff applications years of experience in the position of Senior Human Resources Manager,
• Competent in MS Office applications, advanced level of MS Office Excel knowledge to report and develop,
• Having a command of the legislation and following the legislative changes regarding the Labor Law, Occupational Health and Safety, Social Security Law, KVKK, İş-Kur, SGK-Incentive practices,
• Competent in follow-up, control, audit and system / business development,
• Preferably with experience in the manufacturing industry
• Careful, able to produce quick solutions, high observation skills, analytical, proactive, high internal motivation, effective delegation skills, initiative,
• Having strong communication skills, sharing and open to cooperation,
• Manage the HR corporate communication process,
• Blending its knowledge, experience and experience with the corporate culture; be able to produce long-term solutions with the right decisions,
• Preferably fluent in English
Job Description
• All Human Resources processes; to administer, manage and delegate,
• Following the legal legislation and ensuring the implementation of the necessary changes,
• Developing personnel policies and procedures determined within the company,
• Making job analyzes, determining the norm staff and providing the needed employment,
• Establishment of the performance evaluation system of the personnel,
• Determining the company's wage policies and carrying out the necessary revision studies for its stability,
• By working on personnel costs, arranging the staff of the relevant units and ensuring the preparation of their annual budgets
To prepare training programs according to on-the-job and other training needs,
• Developing the Human Resources strategy of the institution; To produce projects for Human Resources activities, to take initiatives and to ensure the implementation of all these as a leader,
• To ensure that the Human Resources processes are carried out in accordance with the Labor Law and to follow the legal processes,
• Reporting to senior management
• Designing and activating Talent Management and development, employee engagement, employer branding, lean and agile human resources processes,
