Çayeli Bakır İşletmeleri A.Ş. (CBI) is owned by First Quantum Minerals Ltd. which is an established and rapidly growing mining and metals company .CBI is an underground mine and produces copper and zinc in Madenli, Çayeli in the Province of Rize on the eastern Black Sea coast. During the life of the operation, CBI has continuously looked for opportunities to enhance its reputation and performance through the application of leading international practice in all areas of its business. The role would include, but not limited to the following responsibilities:

·        Monitoring and reporting on all types of business-related legal disputes.

·        Organization of the General Assembly and Board of Directors Meetings in accordance with Commercial Law, including completion of the approval, registration, and notification processes.

·        Conform reporting and monitoring of enforcement law transactions.

·        Conducting correspondence with government institutions (warning, notice, etc.).

·        Notifying authorized parties of legislative amendments.

The ideal candidate is required to have the following qualifications:

·        A Bachelor’s degree in Law.

·        Attorney certified by a Bar Association.

·        At least one year of experience as a registered lawyer.

·        Good command of the English language at the highest professional level in all elements of writing, speaking, and document preparation.

·        Proficient in MS Office applications.

·       Male candidates must have completed their military services.
