QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Trainer 

Are you a passionate Social Media user, genuinely excited to help customers and have an interest in current events in Turkey? Then join our new team and help us to ensure excellent service standards while making a difference in the world!


For our location in Izmir we are currently looking for Trainers.

Overview of tasks:

  • Organize and hold trainings for new hires and experienced colleagues
  • Staying abreast of changes in the workflows and policies and adapting training methods and materials
  • Point of contact in matters of internal training needs and for correcting inconsistencies in the trainings and reference materials with our Business Partner
  • Evaluate the new hires and maintain training records
  • Quality assurance, as well as development of professional and communication skills 
  • Provide support for the team in the operating day-to-day business

We are looking for:

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English
  • Enthusiasm and joy in training and motivating new and current employees
  • Proficiency in adult education or initial experience as a trainer preferable
  • Structured, organized and responsible working approach
  • Flexibility to keep up with the project speed and openness to new requirements
  • Comfortable with MS office applications – Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel in particular 

Working knowledge of & practical experience with the Instructional System Design or ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implement & Evaluate) including Learning Management System 

Preferred Candidate

More than 3 years of experience
Associate Degree(Graduate), Bachelor’s(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
