We are looking for a “Corporate Communications Assistant Manager” with the following qualifications to join Çelebi Aviation Holding.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, International Relations, Business Administration or related fields
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Corporate Communications, Media Relations, Internal Communications, Brand Management or related functions
• Advanced command of English, both written and verbal
• Proven experience in corporate reputation management, issues and crisis communications, and media relations
• Experience in internal communications and employer branding initiatives
• Experience in developing and implementing corporate communication strategies in multinational organizations
• Experience in working with and managing communication, PR and creative agencies
• Experience in corporate event management, sponsorship coordination and stakeholder engagement activities
• Strong writing, editing and content development skills
• Experience in leadership communications and executive communications is an asset
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced international environment
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Experience in aviation, transportation or other multinational service industries is considered an asset
Job Description:
• Work closely with the Head of Global Marketing and Communications in planning and implementing global corporate communications strategies across all operating countries and subsidiaries
• Support the execution of communication initiatives in line with the Company’s business objectives, global communication priorities and corporate positioning
• Coordinate country-level communication activities in collaboration with local teams and external agencies, ensuring alignment with global communication priorities, brand guidelines and corporate positioning
• Contribute to the protection and enhancement of the Company’s corporate reputation across all stakeholder groups
• Coordinate media relations activities in collaboration with PR agencies, including the development, review and follow-up of press releases, media materials, interviews and leadership visibility opportunities
• Support issues and crisis communication preparedness and response processes in coordination with relevant internal stakeholders and external communication agencies
• Assist in the planning and execution of internal communication programs that strengthen employee engagement and corporate culture
• Support employer branding communication initiatives in collaboration with Human Resources teams
• Support communication planning and execution for new market entries, including local PR agency coordination, media engagement activities, press conferences and stakeholder communications
• Support the positioning of the Company’s corporate spokespersons and senior leaders through relevant media opportunities, industry platforms, events and stakeholder engagement initiatives
• Develop and coordinate corporate communication content across various communication channels, including leadership communications, speeches, presentations, corporate publications, digital channels and social media platforms
• Monitor and analyze traditional and digital media coverage and prepare regular communication reports and insights
• Manage relationships with communication agencies and external service providers and support the execution of corporate events, sponsorship projects and stakeholder communication activities
