General Description
CFN Kimya is one of the leading EPS (Expandable Polystyrene) producers in the region, with its production facility located in Dilovası. We are looking for a growth-oriented, analytical, and highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team.
This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting market analyses, and supporting projects that contribute to the company’s sustainable growth objectives.
The ideal candidate should be capable of combining a strong commercial mindset with operational discipline, collaborating effectively across departments, and demonstrating a proactive approach within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields,
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or customer management functions,
- Preferably experienced in chemical, petrochemical, plastics, packaging, or manufacturing industries,
- Strong knowledge of market research, competitive analysis, and customer development processes,
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills,
- Strong analytical thinking and reporting capabilities,
- Proficient in MS Office applications,
- Experience working with ERP and/or CRM systems,
- Good command of English,
- No travel restrictions,
- No military obligation for male candidates.
- Resident or may reside in Istanbul (Anatolia) or Kocaeli.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Market Analysis
- Research and develop new customers, sectors, and market opportunities,
- Monitor industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends, and prepare regular analyses and reports,
- Take an active role in business development projects that support the company’s growth strategies and execute all related operational process
Commercial Process Management
- Support the execution of quotations, contracts, and commercial processes in coordination with related departments,
- Analyze customer needs and develop suitable solutions and business models,
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and establish sustainable business relationships,
- Evaluate new collaboration and strategic partnership opportunities,
Reporting & Process Improvement
- Prepare regular reports related to business development activities,
- Contribute to efficiency and process improvement initiatives,
- Support digital transformation and data-driven business development processes.
