Skills/Abilities:

·       Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment sides of HR
·       Self-motivated and results oriented 
·       Ability to communicate with a wide variety of people
·       The required minimum degree is university level, preferably in business management or related fields
·       Proficient with Microsoft Office, computers/Internet, and related technologies
·       Native level of German and English
·       The capacity to work in a team
·       Problem solving skills
·       Presentable
·       Strong communication skills
·       No military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

-     Responsible for delivering all facets of recruitment throughout Conduent Customer Care Solutions Turkey for all German projects and day-to-day recruitment and selection of the all related operations.
-     Perform the pre-screening process on applicants and schedule interviews
-     Interview qualified candidates
-     Assess candidates abilities as potential employees
-     Make job offers to the selected candidates
-     Hold background check of potential employees
-     Follow up on prospects by contacting no call – no show candidate, identify reasons for absence and reschedule for interview
-     Make recruitment reports and share this with departments and operation in concern.
