Quality System Engineer

We are looking for a “Quality System Engineer” for our global and multinational company, which is one of the leading companies in the automotive industry, located in Bursa with the following qualifications.

·       University degree from Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related departments

·       At least 3 years experienced in similar positions

·       Excellent command of English, both for writing & speaking

·       Knowledge of MS Office programs (Preferably SAP R3-SAP S/4 HANA knowledge)

·       Knowledge of ISO 9001/IATF 16949, FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP-PPAP etc. ( Preferably ISO 27001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 systems knowledge)

·       Knowledge of Internal-External Audits, System Audits (Preferably VDA 6.3 Process Audit)

·       Knowledge of problem-solving methods (8D, A3, Ishikawa, etc.)

·       To be target oriented, resistant to stress

·       Good team working and communication skills with the willingness to accomplish tasks in harmony with other team members

·       Ability to take part in the planning & implementation (taking on the leading role if required) of significant projects as a part of multi-disciplinary team

·       Live/Willing to live in or close to Bursa

JOB DESCRIPTION

·       To review and manage approval of change orders in Quality Management System (QMS) documentations

·       Implementation and maintenance of the Local Quality Management System Standard (in accordance to the Business Unit standards)

·       To manage and lead the Internal System Audits

·       To manage and lead the External Audits (Certifications and Customer Audits)

·       To be responsible for Quality Trainings and Increasing Awareness

·       To manage and track the Quality Reports (Quality KPI’s)

·       To support ESH (Environment, Safety, Health) department processes and reports
