We are looking for a Cybersecurity Specialist to be assigned at our headquarters in Maslak, Istanbul

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from a university, preferably in Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Management Information Systems, Digital Forensics, Electrical-Electronics, Industrial, or Mathematics Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in information security or cybersecurity operations.
• Knowledgeable about security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS, and relevant legal regulations.
• Technical proficiency in TCP/IP protocols, network security architectures, and operating system (Windows/Linux) security.
• Proficient in the management and operational principles of security tools such as Firewalls, WAF, IPS, and SIEM.
• Ideally holds a certification such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, ISO 27001 Auditor, or equivalent
• Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, open to continuous learning, and a team player.
• Proficient in English

Requirements:

• Support the operation of the organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS) processes and monitor the implementation of security policies.
• Manage the daily operations and monitoring activities of SIEM, DLP, PAM, CTI, BAS, EDR/Antivirus, and vulnerability scanning tools.
• Actively participate in technical compliance controls and audit preparations within the scope of regulations such as ISO 27001, KVKK, and GDPR.
• Support the implementation of fundamental security controls for the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and contribute to application security processes.
• Monitor and analyze cybersecurity incidents and take an active role in incident response processes.
• Follow up on vulnerability scans and penetration test results, working in coordination with technical teams to ensure the remediation of identified gaps.
• Participate in corporate risk assessment studies and perform follow-up activities for risk mitigation plans.
• Plan and implement the organization's security projects.
