We are looking for a Senior Cyber Security Specialist who will play a key role in advancing our cyber security capabilities, enhancing our security architecture, and contributing to the protection of mission-critical aviation systems.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Cyber Security

• Experience in SOC Operations, Blue Team activities, Security Engineering, or Security Architecture

• Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR/XDR, SOAR, DLP, IAM, and PAM technologies

• Strong knowledge of network security, system security, and cloud security

• Experience in Threat Hunting and Incident Response activities

• Solid understanding of cyber security frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK and NIST

• Experience in log analysis, threat detection use-case development, and correlation rule creation

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, OSCP, GCIH, or equivalent

• Strong analytical thinking, decision-making, stakeholder management, and communication skills

• Advanced written and spoken English proficiency

What You Will Do

• Lead the detection, investigation, and response to cyber security incidents

• Conduct root cause analysis and coordinate remediation activities

• Develop and enhance threat detection use-cases and correlation rules

• Perform Threat Hunting activities to proactively identify potential risks

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of SOC operations and cyber defense capabilities

• Lead vulnerability management initiatives and support security assessment activities

• Contribute to the design and enhancement of security architecture across infrastructure, applications, cloud, and endpoint environments

• Collaborate closely with IT Operations, Software Development teams, and external security partners

• Prepare technical and executive-level cyber security reports and recommendations

• Support knowledge sharing and contribute to the development of cyber security awareness across the organization
