We are looking for a Risk and Insurance Senior Specialist to be assigned at our headquarters in Maslak, Istanbul.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in insurance, Business, Engineering or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate insurance or brokerage
- Solid knowledge of insurance and reinsurance markets, policy wording, placement and claims oversight
- Experience with multinational insurance programs and complex risks preferred
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Willingness to travel
- Knowledge on people benefits (health) insurance is huge plus
Responsibilities:
Insurance Program Management
- Support the design, placement and renewal of global insurance programs (PDBI, Liability, PV, CAR, Environmental, People Benefits)
- Coordinate master and local policies across jurisdictions
- Work closely with brokers and Corex companies during placement and invoicing
- Gather exposure data and consolidate underwriting submissions
- Oversee major claims processes in coordination with brokers, insurers and loss adjusters
- Support tender processes and market benchmarking
- Ensure documentation and reporting standards
