Qualifications:

• Graduates from Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, or basic engineering departments of universities
• Experienced in Sales Operations or Sales Support departments.
• Experienced in team management. (Will be responsible for managing a team of 7 people performing sales and export operations)
• Proficient in using MS Office and ERP (SAP) programs. (SAP usage is important).
• Strong communication skills, successful in team management.
• Developed coordination skills, strong follow-up skills, solution-oriented approach.
• Advanced written and spoken English language skills, fluent in written and spoken form.

Job Description:

• Receiving and tracking order forecasts from customers, and informing the Production Planning Department by sharing significant discrepancies with the Marketing and Sales Manager.
• Reviewing order information received from customers, and if there are any deficiencies in the order information, reaching an agreement with the customer.
• Performing activities related to evaluating and confirming the feasibility of customer orders.
• Entering customer orders into the program and forwarding them to the Production Planning Department.
• Evaluating customer order change requests in terms of feasibility, informing customers about the results, and carrying out processes for revising the order program.
• Monitoring the status of orders in the production and shipment process, ensuring the creation of alternative solutions in case of disruptions, and informing customers.
• Participating in production planning meetings to ensure the necessary data and information flow.
• Examining customer complaints and returned products, taking necessary measures, implementing them, and providing feedback to customers.
• Making, managing, and improving necessary arrangements to ensure effective communication with the customer.
• Customer satisfaction measurement implementing the methods, evaluating the results, and taking the necessary actions.
