Cosmos Pilates Equipment is looking for an International Sales & Export Specialist to join our growing international sales team and support our global expansion.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing existing international customers, developing new business opportunities, supporting reseller and distributor relationships, and coordinating export sales processes from quotation to delivery.
Qualifications
Fluent and advanced level of English
Proficiency in at least one additional foreign language
Previous experience in export sales, international sales, foreign trade, or business development
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
Experience in working with international customers, distributors, or resellers
Ability to prepare commercial offers and follow sales processes effectively
No restrictions on international travel
Holding an active Schengen, UK, or US visa will be considered a strong advantage
Willingness to travel internationally for exhibitions, customer visits, and business meetings
Proactive, target-oriented, and commercially minded
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop relationships with existing international customers, resellers, and distributors
Identify and develop new customers, partners, and business opportunities in international markets
Follow incoming international inquiries and convert opportunities into sales
Prepare quotations, commercial offers, and sales documentation
Coordinate the sales process from initial inquiry through production, shipment, and delivery
Work closely with logistics, production, and other internal departments
Represent Cosmos Pilates Equipment at international exhibitions, customer meetings, and business events
Conduct market and competitor research to identify new growth opportunities
Support the company's international sales targets and global expansion strategy
