Cementing Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Cementing Coordinator to support and coordinate our cementing operations in Türkiye.

Candidates are expected to meet the following qualifications:

• Turkish Passport Holders
• Residents in Türkiye
• Relevant experience in oilfield cementing operations,
• Strong understanding of cementing field operations and operational requirements,
• Strong HSE mindset and commitment to service quality,
• Strong planning, organization and coordination skills,
• Ability to manage multiple operational requirements simultaneously,
• Good communication and interpersonal skills,
• Ability to coordinate effectively with field crews, technical teams, logistics and customers,
• Good reporting and documentation skills,
• Good command of English is preferred,
• Preferably based in Diyarbakır or the surrounding region,
• Willing to travel to field locations when required.

Job Description

The Cementing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating personnel, equipment, materials and operational requirements for cementing activities.

Main responsibilities include:

• Coordinating daily and upcoming cementing operations,
• Ensuring availability and readiness of required personnel, equipment and materials,
• Coordinating mobilization and demobilization activities,
• Maintaining communication between field crews, supervisors, management, logistics and support departments,
• Monitoring operational schedules and ensuring resources are allocated according to job requirements,
• Supporting preparation and review of operational programs and job documentation,
• Following equipment and material requirements for planned jobs,
• Coordinating transportation and logistical requirements for field operations,
• Monitoring operational progress and communicating changes or requirements to the relevant teams,
• Ensuring activities are performed in accordance with company HSE procedures and service quality standards,
• Preparing and maintaining operational reports and records,
• Supporting continuous improvement of operational efficiency and service delivery.
