Required Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance and Accounting departments,
• Min. 1 years of experience in similar positions,
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Good team player, strong communication skills,
• Analytical thinking with innovative point of view, high problem solving skill,
• Willing to take initiative and responsibility.

Job Description

Role & Responsibility 

• To ensure the accounting records of the company are kept correctly and on time.
• Accounting and recording all valuable documents, invoices and contracts in the system.
• Preparing the period closing, income statements and balance sheet and their reconciliations and expense analysis.
• Checking the accuracy of current accounts and making account reconciliations of companies.
• Following up the documents required by the VAT refund process and conducting the tax office relations, preparing the refund files, following the deductions and making correspondence with the relevant institutions.
• Keeping records of income and expense data for reporting and analyzing.
• Good at Ad hoc reporting.
• Supporting cash forecast preparing and monitoring the processes.
• Preparing of payment documents and instructions.
• Supporting financial reporting processes.
• Maintain good working relationship with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of the finance operations.
