Position Summary:
Junior Production Specialist is responsible for executing production activities in line with production plans and relevant quality standards (cGMP, cGRP, cGLP). The role involves ensuring efficient and effective production processes, maintaining the availability of required materials and equipment, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting. The position also takes an active role in maintenance, continuous improvement, and quality processes while ensuring compliance with occupational health, safety, and radiation regulations.

Responsibilities:
• Perform production-related activities in an efficient and effective manner.
• Ensure that production is carried out in accordance with production plans, cGRP, cGMP, cGLP, and approved documents.
• Actively participate in equipment maintenance and, when required, in production area modification and improvement activities.
• Accurately complete and report all production, validation, calibration, and maintenance/repair records (methods, logbooks, operation forms, and other related reports).
• Ensure that all necessary conditions for production are met; confirm that required materials are available in the production area and that equipment is operational, perform final checks, and execute production.
• Monitor stock levels of materials required for production and maintenance, create timely purchase requests, and perform SAP transactions, reporting to the manager.
• Manage and/or actively contribute to assigned actions for the improvement and development of quality processes, and report outcomes to the manager.
• Work in coordination with the Radiation Health and Safety (RHS) Department to ensure production activities comply with radiation safety and occupational health and safety rules.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or chemical engineering.
• Preferably experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, or food manufacturing.
• Ability to work in shifts and adapt to flexible working hours.
• Good command of English.
• Residing in Ankara.
• Active driver with a valid driver’s license.
• For male candidates, completion of military service.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
