We are leading medical tourism company specializing in high-quality Surgery and Dental treatments. We pride ourselves on bridging the gap between international patients and world-class healthcare services. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a result-oriented, empathetic, and communicative Booking Agent to join our team.
Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Booking Agent to manage patient inquiries and coordinate medical travel for our Surgery and Dental departments. The ideal candidate will act as the primary link between our medical team and international patients, ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to confirmed booking.
Key Responsibilities
* Inquiry Management: Handle incoming leads via various communication channels (Phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, Email).
* Consultations: Conduct online consultations to assess patient needs for surgical and dental treatments.
* Pricing & Quotation: Prepare and present detailed treatment offers and cost estimates.
* Booking Coordination: Manage the entire patient journey.
* Sales & Follow-up: Proactively follow up with potential patients to convert inquiries into bookings.
Requirements
* Language Proficiency: Excellent command of written and spoken English.
* Additional Languages: Professional proficiency in German or Polish is a significant advantage and will be prioritized.
* Industry Experience: Previous experience in Medical Tourism (Health Tourism) is highly preferred.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and persuasion skills with a patient-oriented approach.
* Efficiency: Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Tech Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems and basic office software.
* Residing in Bodrum.
