Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant departments
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in Human Resources department
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to handle a large volume of work and work at a fast pace in a high-pressure environment
• Good knowledge about MS Office programs especially in MS Excel
• Proficiency in spoken and written English

Description

• Carry out and support end to end HR activities for the branches
• Support and contribute development of the procedures and ensure that procedures remain up to date and seeks out process improvements
• Administer the disciplinary processes based on the labor laws if needed
• Prepare daily & monthly & yearly reports to the management based on the HR metrics that should be requested
• Assist with the general day-to-day operation of the HR department
• Assist with personnel attendance control system and timesheet tracking
• Assist employees with employment benefits, payroll and onboarding process
• Provide personnel policy and procedure guidance to employees and management
• Weekly filing of employee & company files to ensure confidentiality & compliancy
