We are looking for a qualified “Guest Relations Manager” for D Maris Bay.
The ideal candidate should have: 
 

• Relevant degree from an accredited university in Business, Hospitality or related major,
• Very good knowledge of the English language is mandatory – Further languages preferable,
• Advanced MS Office skills,
• Good command of Fidelio,
• Excellent leadership skills, inter-personal and communication skills
• Result and solution oriented management style,
• Strong organizational and time management skills,
• Advance level of team work and communication competencies.

İŞ TANIMI

• Manage operation of the Guest Relations Department. Ensure that policies and procedures are complied with the highest standard of service and guest satisfaction.
• Resolve guests’ complaints; anticipate potential problems by reviewing and monitoring complaints, operational issues, business flow and associate performance to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and quality.
• Coordinate activities with other hotel departments in order to facilitate increased levels of communication and guest satisfaction.
• Communicate both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to team members.
• Evaluate the staffing requirements and prepare work schedules weekly, adhering to budget goals.
• Communicate anticipated business demands daily with each team members.
• Ensure team members’ knowledge of hotel services, features, and amenities.
• Monitor and ensure that Guest Relations team members perform their job functions to the hotel’s expected level of service.
• Assist the Guest Relations team member whenever necessary in performing all job functions.
• Conduct ongoing training with existing team members and ensure that new team members are certified as required.
• Accommodate all guest requests in an accurate and efficient manner.
