Project Manufacturing Lead Engineer

Responsibilities

Lead all projects and be responsible for the effective management of the project desining and manufacturing team,

Lead and drive multi disciplinary and cross functional teams, including engineering, operations, vendor management, logistics and services to ensure successful project execution.

Knowledge of PFD, P&ID, GAD, BOM and Electrical main documents

Effectively communicate project expectations to project team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules.

Manage the cost, schedule, quality, and technical performance of the assigned project(s).

Provide regular updates to team and management on work performed, plans, budget, and overall status.

Identify project problems and obtain solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.

Report on the project status

Implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project deliverables

Evaluate and assess the result of the project

No travel restrictions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field

Minimum 7-10 years of experience,

Experienced in team management, problem solving and leadership skills

Experienced in system design and development processes

Experienced in pressure vessel manufacturing, pump packages, piping, SKID manufacturing and strong control systems knowledge

Proficiency in CAD software and project management tools (MS Project, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).

Knowledgeable about international standards in the field (ASME, API, EN, ATEX etc.)

Experienced in NDE, NDT and related quality stages

Excellent communication skills

Proficiency in computer skills.

Good command of verbal and written English

Experience of FAT-SAT, installation and commissioning stages.
