About You

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in financial & business control, reporting, planning functions preferably in FMCG industry
• Basic accounting knowledge is required/ IFRS reporting experience is an asset
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• MS Office (advanced excel) knowledge; SAP knowledge is an asset
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong cross functional relationships
• Adherence to a specific process and facilitate requests to meet specific deadlines through effective time management
• Ability to bring creativity to the position while striving for continuous improvement
• No military obligation for male candidates

About The Job

• Support completeness, accuracy and timely delivery of financial reporting (actuals, forecasts, ad-hoc reports) via close coordination with whole Finance teams
• Establish systems, setting right KPIs and challenging budget owners to improve quality of financial forecasts and monthly financial reporting.
• Finance Business Partnering for non-people opex of overhead functions
• Prepare management reporting on financials, actuals, forecasts and variances.
• Regional reporting for financials.
• Consolidate and support accuracy of financial forecast through rolling forecast process
• Ensure completeness, accuracy and timely delivery of the business reporting
• Hands on follow up overheads cost
