About You


To be able to be successful in the role, you need to have:

  • Bachelors degree from a reputable university
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Trade Marketing or Sales in FMCG industry
  • Good command of MS Office applications & excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Strong analytical mindset and knowledge of data is a plus
  • Advanced communication and follow-up skills are mandatory
  • Develop variable communication skills & persist to follow-up ongoing projects with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, supply chain, finance departments)
  • Result oriented, proactive, willing to take initiative
  • Ability to manage relationships with sales team


About The Job

  • Plan and execute channel/customer short and long term growth strategies in-line with company priorities and marketing and category strategies
  • Plan and execute product launches, yearly promotional plans and sales initiatives
  • Prepare internal and external data analysis and reports to develop action plans by channel and category
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, procurement teams and suppliers to actively lead the development of in-store visibility strategies per channel
  • Develop and support category initiatives including assortment review, pricing and market analysis, new item introductions
  • Develop trade tools to improve volume, distribution and merchandising
  • Make field visits to monitor and develop trade marketing executions
  • Track global, FMCG, market and shopper trends, adapt strategies and develop projects accordingly
  • Coordinate S&OP cycle with both in sales channels & cross-functional departments
