GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

We are currently seeking a General Accounting Specialist to be assigned at our factory located in the İzmit district of Kocaeli..

· At least 3 years of experience in General Accounting,

· Preferably Business, Economics, Finance etc. Bachelor's or Associate's degree in departments,

· Fluent in English

· Familiarity with a uniform chart of accounts,

· Able to use micro accounting software,

· Successful in human relations, analytical thinking, prone to teamwork and willing to take responsibility,

· Careful, meticulous and result-oriented in business follow-up,

· Giving importance to business discipline and compliance with the rules,

· Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel)

· Completed military service for male candidates.

· Having a Class B driver's license and able to drive actively

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Customer and Seller current account reconciliations regarding all purchases and sales,

· Monitoring and processing invoices on a daily basis

· Making monthly / quarterly and annual closings,

· Creating accounting records of invoices and documents,

· Execution of all financing and collection operations of the company,

. Regular preparation of daily, monthly and periodic reports to be submitted to the senior management.

· Ensuring that the accounting transactions on the import and export side are carried out.

· Performing Cost Accounting transactions

· Arrangement of declarations

· Knowledge of e-invoice, e-ledger and e-archive,

· Ensuring the completion of period-end transactions,

· To carry out depreciation studies and foreign exchange studies.
