Commercial Specialist

Position Summary

We are looking for a Commercial Specialist to coordinate customer sales prices, supplier purchasing prices, and localization activities throughout the product lifecycle. This role will be responsible for monitoring commercial changes, coordinating with DAS Headquarters and related departments, and ensuring that all pricing and sourcing activities are implemented accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor customer production plans, weekly/monthly forecasts, and changes to ensure capacity alignment and cost optimization.

• Follow up customer sales prices and supplier purchasing prices.
• Coordinate price updates with DAS Headquarters and related departments.
• Track new price approvals, e-documents, and Price Agreements.
• Monitor customer price revisions, retroactive settlements, and commercial changes.
• Follow up engineering changes, new part introductions, and project activities that may affect pricing.
• Coordinate localization activities with suppliers, Engineering, Purchasing, and DAS Headquarters.
• Monitor localization projects, supplier changes, and sourcing status to ensure timely implementation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, Logistics, and Finance regarding commercial and sourcing activities.
• Identify missing approvals, price discrepancies, or commercial issues and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Prepare periodic commercial and localization status reports for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales or Purchasing within the automotive industry.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
