QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Sciences, Human Resources, Sociology and related fields.
- Min. 2 years of experience in HR Functions especially in recruitment & selection.
- Preferably having experience in performance management, organizational development, talent management, employee hiring & exit operational processes.
- Advanced level of English.
- High teamwork, communication and representational and organizational skills.
- Innovative and open for Improvement.
- Based in İstanbul.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process and necessary related operations under the scope of integrated HR studies.
- Performs all the onboarding activities of the newly hired employees.
- Provide consultancy and support to the respective partner department managers regarding HR systems, business needs, processes and policies.
- Support employees on HR programs and processes.
- Conduct employee entrance, exit & positional transfer operations.
- Support the execution of performance and career management processes in compliance with company regulations.
