We are currently looking for Consultant / Senior Consultant with the following skills and experience:

• A strong academic record from a well-recognized institution, having a Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Science (MSc) in Industrial Engineering is a plus
• 3-6 years of experience in a management consulting firm or a leading consumer business, FSI business, telecom company, energy company, manufacturing company (manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, consumer products manufacturing or retail)
• Structured and analytical thinking, strong problem-solving and diagnosis skills
• Knowing what you want from a career in consulting with a strong motive to learn and grow in a demanding business environment
• Ability to communicate and explain complex ideas concisely, on paper and in words
• Ability to demonstrate active participation in internal and client meetings and verbally communicate thoughts clearly
• Experience in trade/commercial projects in commercial strategy and commercial process development such as branding, analytical pricing, trade terms, sales excellence, and marketing excellence areas in B2B/B2C
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken, including presentation skills
• Actively participates in key learning and development opportunities for his/her level
• Understands objectives and desired outcomes for assigned areas of responsibility and sets personal goals accordingly
• Asks insightful and provocative questions to understand the diverse views, interests, and expectations of key stakeholders
