Assistant Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Assistant Marketing Specialist  to join our Istanbul-based team. Our company represents leading international brands in industrial valves, field instrumentation, and industrial safety equipment. We are seeking a proactive, solution-oriented professional who combines a technical engineering background with B2B marketing experience and an interest in managing multiple brand portfolios.

REQUIREMENTS

•       Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required); or Business Administration 

•       Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in an industrial or technical sector

•       Proven experience in B2B marketing strategies and industrial product promotion (required)

•       Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop strategic marketing plans

•       Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

•       Willingness to travel for industry events, trade fairs, and customer visits

•       Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage

•       Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred

•       Creative, proactive, and self-motivated with strong project management skills

•       Male candidates must have completed military service

RESPONSIBILITIES

•       Promote and market the product portfolios of represented companies (industrial valves, field instrumentation, industrial safety equipment)

•       Serve as the primary communication bridge between the internal sales team and the marketing departments of represented international brands, ensuring regular information flow and collaboration

•       Support and implement joint marketing initiatives developed with represented brands

•       Coordinate the production of printed materials, product catalogues, and technical documentation

•       Manage marketing department invoices and budget tracking

•       Contribute to brand identity development and corporate communication processes

•       Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing channels (website, Linkedin,social media,  etc.)

•       Support social media content planning and brand communication processes

•       Plan and coordinate trade fairs, events, webinars, and sponsorship activities

•       Conduct market, competitor, and industry analyses and prepare regular reports

•       Work in coordination with agencies and internal teams to ensure marketing projects are delivered on time and in line with objectives

•       Take an active role in projects targeting brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition
