As part of the Human Resources Team, we seek a Recruitment Specialist responsible for the entire recruiting cycle and undertaking all hiring activities, from creating the job roles to interviewing candidates and closing the hiring process by identifying the best talent for the organisation as per company standards.
Essential elements of the vacancy include but are not limited to the following;
- Developing, facilitating, and implementing end-to-end recruitment and selection processes based on the needs of the organisation
- Developing recruitment strategies across the companies by identifying and researching human resources needs in line with the company standards and objectives
- Supporting and contributing to existing company standards and procedures as well as their further development and integration
- Effectively managing candidate screening, preliminary interviews and interview processes
- Effectively managing time planning during busy recruitment periods
- Preparing reports and analyses regarding recruitment processes
- Managing candidate assessment, reference checks and offer processes
- Work in coordination with the relevant department managers
Suitable candidates should have the following;
- Advanced level of both written and spoken English, as well as reading and comprehension
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Recruiter, or similar role
- Interview techniques and competency-based assessment knowledge
- The organisational ability to manage multiple positions and processes simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinking, highly motivated, proactive problem solver and taking responsibility for team cohesion
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workloads
- Proficient use of MS Office programmes
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among department heads and partners
