Technical Service Manager

Detro Healthcare Kimya Sanayi A.Ş. is seeking a Technical Service Executive to oversee technical service operations for Detrox branded equipment in Türkiye and abroad. The position is based at our facility in Velimeşe Organized Industrial Zone, Çerkezköy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering,

• Residence in the Çorlu or Çerkezköy area,

• Experience in technical service and field operations,

• Ability to lead a team and plan service activities,

• English proficiency sufficient to conduct technical discussions with international customers by phone and in person,

• Availability for domestic and international travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage the technical service team’s field activities, assignments, and performance,

• Provide technical support during equipment installation and oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair,

• Deliver training on equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting to customers, distributors, and technical service teams,

• Handle technical calls from international customers, assess their requests, and direct them to the appropriate teams for resolution,

• Visit international customers and distributors as needed to provide on-site support with installation, training, and technical service,

• Review feedback from the field and contribute to improvements in products and service processes.
