Responsibilities

• ·        Keeps track of the sales & purchase records
• ·        Compiles and maintains records and files.
• ·        Collects fees or revenues, disburses payments, and posts to appropriate accounts.
• ·        Posts financial transactions on bookkeeping software.
• ·        Tracks expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts, and other financial dealings of the company.
• ·        Manages the company’s financial data, accounts payable, and receivables.
• ·        Reconciles bank statements and credit cards.
• ·        Balances and reconciles accounting records, statements, journals, ledgers, or reports.
• ·        Maintains close communication with CPA to provide financial reports to banks/ investors when needed.
• ·        Provides regular financial reports (weekly, monthly, and yearly)
• ·        Assesses & directs any incoming e-mail to the related parties.
• ·        Ad hoc duties as required.

Skills

• ·        Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• ·        Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economy, Management, Industrial Engineering or any other related field
• ·        3+ years of experience in a similar role
• ·        Self-starter with strong initiative
• ·        Great attention to detail, team players, positive and friendly
• ·        Strong organizational skills
• ·        Research and analytical skills
