JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Expert to manage end-to-end payroll operations with precision and efficiency. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate salary calculations, compliance with relevant regulations, and timely reporting. Key responsibilities include:
Managing the full payroll cycle, including salary calculations, payroll processing, and payment execution in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensuring correct application of statutory deductions such as social security contributions, income tax, and other withholdings.
Administering employee benefits, including leave entitlements, overtime, and performance-based bonuses.
Preparing and delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Acting as the primary point of contact for payroll-related employee inquiries and providing clear and timely responses.
Monitoring payroll processes to ensure full compliance with current labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
Collaborating with the finance department to ensure proper integration of payroll data into financial systems and timely fulfillment of financial obligations.
Supporting the preparation of accounting records and tax filings related to payroll.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, labor law, and social security regulations.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in payroll management, compensation, accruals, and incentive schemes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel skills.
Experience with accounting and payroll software; familiarity with automation tools and digital HR platforms.
Working knowledge of SAP and Humanist HR systems is a strong plus.
Excellent communication skills with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail.
Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven with strong analytical skills.
