LSHC Operations Executive
About the Role
At DHL Supply Chain, we are looking for an experienced LSHC Operations Executive to support and develop our Life Sciences & Healthcare operations. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day operational activities, ensuring service excellence, maintaining compliance with industry regulations, and building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational performance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced and highly regulated environment
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily warehouse and transportation operations for Life Sciences & Healthcare customers.
- Ensure operational activities are executed in line with customer requirements, DHL standards, GDP/GMP regulations, and quality procedures.
- Monitor operational performance through KPIs and implement actions to improve service levels and efficiency.
- Act as the primary contact point for customers regarding operational performance, service delivery, and issue resolution.
- Lead regular customer review meetings and provide operational insights and performance updates.
- Coordinate closely with internal functions including Quality, Finance, Transport, Warehouse Operations, Customer Service, and Business Development teams.
- Analyze operational data and prepare reports to support decision-making and business performance reviews.
- Support budgeting, cost control, invoicing validation, and profitability improvement initiatives.
- Identify operational risks and proactively develop corrective and preventive actions.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity, quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain operations.
- Experience in Life Sciences & Healthcare logistics operations is strongly preferred.
- Advanced command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic operational environment.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-up.
- For male candidates, military service must be completed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of GDP, GMP, quality management systems, and healthcare logistics regulations.
- Experience managing customer KPIs, service reviews, and performance improvement plans.
- Experience in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, or process optimization projects.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), transport management systems (TMS), and operational reporting tools.
- Project management experience within logistics or supply chain environments.
