• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering
• Experience in state-funded projects' execution, design and application
• Experience working within R&D, logistics and supply chain operations is essential for this role
• Having knowledge about R&D legislations and practices (Tübitak project assignment is desirable)
• Experience in a training content creating and giving lecture with presentation skills
• Decent communication and teamwork skills
• Result and problem solving oriented, creative, investigative and tech-savvy
• Advanced level in MS Office applications
• Advanced level in both written and spoken English
• No military obligation for male candidates

• Maintaining coordination and following up between departments and business partners
• Supporting management of legislations within R&D regulations
• Providing feasibility studies and presenting project ideas within process development
• Following up the latest technology in supply chain, providing required studies for using in operations and putting them into practice
