Qualifications:
· University degree
· Excellent command of English; both in written and verbal
· Minimum 3 years of team management experience
· Previous pricing experince at management level in corporate and/or global companies in logistics, FMCG or service industry is a must
· Previous sales/sales management experience preferred
· Very good communicaion skills and strong interpersonal relationships
· Excellent analytical skills & proficiency in Excel, VBA, Cognos etc.
· Business acumen to shape the corporate strategic pricing goals into effective pricing plans in line with the company priorities and strategy
· Excellent leadership skills and enthusiasm
· Proven track record of demonstrating role model competencies for the team
· Willingness to work under challenging circumstances and environment
· Solid professional attitude
· Strong strategic thinking and target orientation
· Excellent organization and planning skills is a must
· Proven ability to survive through conflicts
Job Description:
· Understand regional and global objectives, strategies and pricing initiatives and performs the responsibilities accordingly.
· Identify the necessary pricing actions in the country to meet these objectives.
· Develop a “pricing strategy” communication plan in co-ordination with senior management; implement the plan throughout the organization.
· Identify a regular country review plan of the tariff, discounted lists and customers, and assuring the effective implementation of the plan by sales force.
· Developing procedures to ensure regular price reviews of discounted customers and submission of reports to senior management for their decision making activities.
· Ensure that price review procedures are followed
· Deploy regional systems in co-ordination with IS&T department to measure the impact of price reviews.
· Planning development of pricing manual, discounting guidelines, procedures and policies, implement and manage them in co-ordination with senior management and RO.
· Development of discounting guidelines if not already in place and implement it
· Ensure that discounting guidelines and authority levels are being followed
· Responsible for providing regular pricing reports to relevant stakeholders
· Conduct special analysis regarding pricing and profitability.
