The Job

• Developing DHL Express Turkey's in-house , tools and open source software. Project management of development of DHL Express Turkey's in-house , tools and open source software.
• Playing an integral role in the development of new tools and innovation products in our R&D Centre.
• Carrying out innovative projects in order to improve and develop all kinds of processes in business units
• Creating process maps and identify areas of optimization for IT workflows where appropriate.
• Supporting to other R&D, AD and Innovation projects Supporting to other R&D and Innovation projects
• Following the development of Process Improvement and operational management systems & managing these processes
• Contributing to technical roadmap planning and documentation
• Working closely with other departments and stake-holders to build innovative digital tools by following the latest technology in the Sector
• Being first contact for partner information management regarding our R&D Centre.
• Promoting standards and good development practices by actively engaging with stake-holders and other departments

The Person

• Bachelor’s degree in a Computer, Industrial or Software Engineering, or relevant departments
• Preferably 2 years of IT experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Preferably experience in IT R&D projects
• Know-how of developing digitalization at a technology company
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of software development tools
• Knowledge and following of project management methodologies
• Knowledge of preparing analysis document, project documentation and project presentations
