QUALIFICATIONS

Able to work 5 days/week, between 08:00 - 17:15, temporary for 4 months.

• Bachelor's degree student or graduate

• Advanced level of English

• Strong communication skills

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Handling coming calls to Customer Services Center professionally by understanding customer expectations and providing maximum customer satisfaction

• Coordination of international shipment requests from our customers and directing them correctly to the Operations teams

• Informing our customers about foreign trade documents, procedures and international trade rules when they request making an international shipment

• Providing accurate information to our customers asking about international shipments.

• Promoting and selling the products during the phone call that will meet the expectations and needs of our customers.
