IDEAL PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree on computer sciences or engineering, or an associated degree is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or service desk/help desk.
  • Detailed knowledge of MAC and Windows operating system
  • Experience with Windows 10, Office, printers
  • Basic knowledge of IT security
  • Experience with VPN support
  • Previous hands-on experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot user level related network issues
  • Fluent level of English
  • Good management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Is a good communicator and team player


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Installing, supporting, upgrading, and resolving any issues within the company on their technology such as computers, laptops, printers and phones of VIP team .
  • Liaise with management to communicate and understand issues and be able to effectively coordinate how to resolve an issue
  • Identify repeat issues or service risks

More than 3 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
