GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

To produce suggestions and proposals for the determination and development of the general quality policy and quality targets of the enterprise and to present them to the manager.

To ensure the execution and reporting of control activities to be carried out at each station.

To ensure that numerous tests, experiments and research are carried out before, during and after production, and to record, evaluate and report them.

Initiating and reporting studies to solve quality problems in production.

To ensure the calibration of measurement, experiment and test equipment and equipment and to take precautions regarding their appropriate use and device safety.

Examining customer complaints, initiating necessary corrective measures and informing the manager. To ensure that employees are provided with training on all activities that ensure quality.

Experimental design, data analysis, sampling plan, reliability analysis, etc. To report and evaluate works using statistical methods and to inform the manager.

When non-conformity is detected during entry, reject the product and prevent it from entering the business. To ensure the preparation of reports on non-conformance/s and to inform the relevant departments.

To ensure that non-conformities are eliminated when detected at any stage of the business. At the stage of taking the finished product to the shipping warehouse, ensuring that the product is rejected and that non-conforming products are kept in pre-determined places until the final decision is taken.

To determine quarantine / waiting / rejection zones for non-conforming products in places where input, final product and operation stages are located and to control the use of the zones.

If factors that negatively affect product quality are identified, inform the manager and management to stop production in order to eliminate the problem and ensure its correction.

Key Requirements

• Graduated from Mechanical Engineering or related engineering departments
• Having at least 3-5 years of technical/quality/service department work experience
• Having knowledge about sheet metal machining, sheet metal welding, Hydraulic & Pneumatic systems, Measuring instruments (Caliper etc.), technical drawings and quality standards.
• Computer skills; Knowledge of MS Office, Autocad, Solidworks programs
• İntermediate level of English,
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
• Good use of MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
• Knowledge of related ERP program module is a plus (Preferably Uyumsoft(LioX) ERP)
• Having knowledge of ANSYS or static & dynamic calculations is a plus
• Preferably able to read English (C1)
