Your Job Description

• Prepare and update weekly production plans for both internal factories and subcontractors in line with sales targets and demand plans.

• Balance changeover and stock costs while preparing production programs.

• Monitor capacity utilization and analyze deviations between planned and actual production.

• Coordinate with logistics and suppliers to ensure timely material supply and export shipments.

• Follow up subcontractor production schedules and service level fulfillment.

• Track and manage inventory freshness, stock turnover, and product destruction processes.

• Participate in new product development by supporting procurement and production scheduling.

• Contribute to improvement projects focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and sustainability.

• Revise production schedules in case of supplier-related disruptions.

Your Job Profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Industrial Engineering or related fields)

• Strong analytical and communication skills; team-oriented and result-driven

• Open to learning, development, and innovation

• Self-motivated and proactive

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and actively using SAP

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
