In line with this vision, we are looking for a "Strategy and Business Development Director" who will guide our Holding's growth journey and shape our strategic investments as well as future goals.

Job Description

• Designs short, medium, and long-term global strategic plans for the holding company and all its subsidiaries, conducts scenario analyses, and provides decision support inputs to senior management.
• Monitors the financial and operational performance of domestic and international investments from a macroeconomic perspective; manages new market entry strategies, mergers, acquisitions (M&A), and strategic partnership processes end-to-end.
• Strengthens in-house integration across the holding by providing market intelligence, regulatory analysis, and operational efficiency models tailored to the specific dynamics of sectors such as production, mining, energy, and retail.
• Builds complex financial models in line with international standards, determines capital allocation strategies, and conducts feasibility studies for all investment projects while considering risk barriers.
• Works in coordination with subsidiaries to translate strategic goals into operational KPIs and tracks their alignment with the holding’s vision.
• Follows global sustainability (ESG) trends and regulations, ensuring their integration into the strategic plans and investment decisions of the holding and its subsidiaries.
• Identifies digital transformation, automation, and technology-driven business development opportunities to increase the operational efficiency of subsidiaries and incorporates them into strategic roadmaps.
• Manages the post-merger integration (PMI) processes of subsidiaries into the holding’s culture, financial systems, and operational workflows following mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
• Researches international funds, grants, incentives, and strategic financing sources for domestic and international investment projects; develops appropriate collaborations.
• Reports strategic planning and performance outcomes to the holding's senior management and international stakeholders, and manages the presentation processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or Finance; preferably with an MBA or a Master’s degree focused on Strategic Finance.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, corporate finance, or management consulting (preferably with management experience within holding structures or global consulting firms).
• Experience in managing multi-sector portfolios, with the ability to swiftly translate macroeconomic dynamics into operational strategies.
• Able to interpret the financial, bureaucratic, and cultural codes of international markets, with strong global business development capabilities.
• High persuasion skills with the ability to lead negotiations at the level of C-Level executives, subsidiary leaders, and international financial institutions.
• Mastery of Excel and presentation tools at a level to perform highly advanced financial modeling, feasibility studies, and valuation reporting.
