Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; MBA is preferred,
• Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience in strategic planning, business development, corporate finance, investment, or a related field,
• Advanced command of English, both written and spoken; a second foreign language is considered an asset,
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, feasibility studies, and investment analysis,
• Proven project management capabilities with experience using project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, or equivalent platforms,
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to prepare executive-level analyses and presentations,
• Experience in contract management, tender documentation, bid preparation, and negotiation with external stakeholders,
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, business acumen, stakeholder management, and communication skills with the ability to influence senior management and cross-functional teams.

Job Description

• Lead and manage strategic planning and business development initiatives that support the organization’s long-term growth objectives,
• Identify, evaluate, and develop new business, partnership, and investment opportunities through market research and strategic analysis,
• Conduct financial modeling, business case development, investment appraisals, scenario analyses, and feasibility studies to support strategic decision-making,
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic projects, ensuring timely execution, milestone tracking, KPI monitoring, and successful delivery,
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Finance, Commercial, Operations, and Legal to ensure effective project execution and organizational alignment,
• Lead bid management activities, including proposal preparation, tender submissions, and negotiations with external stakeholders and prospective partners,
• Monitor market dynamics, competitive landscape, and industry trends to identify strategic opportunities and innovation initiatives,
• Prepare executive-level reports and strategic recommendations by leveraging data-driven insights and financial analysis,
• Represent the department in steering committees, strategic initiatives, and meetings with internal and external stakeholders,

Foster collaboration across international business units and contribute to organizational learning and global strategic integration.
