Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned projects and participate in the entire project life cycle, from ideation to implementation.
• Translate complex ideas into actionable and structured projects, including end-to-end process design.
• Monitor and regularly update project backlog tasks, ensuring alignment with goals and priorities.
• Follow up on delayed tasks, analyze root causes, and propose solutions to accelerate progress.
• Conduct in depth market, product, and pricing analyses, leveraging quantitative and qualitative approaches.
• Develop financial models to assess the attractiveness and viability of opportunities.
• Identify and evaluate new sales channels, creating strategic recommendations.
• Create and deliver presentations for senior leadership on project progress and findings.
• Collaborate effectively across multiple departments and geographies to drive project success.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university orfull-scholarship graduate from a reputable private university in Engineering, Science, Economics, or equivalent fields.
• Master's degree or MBA from a prestigious institution is a strong plus.
• 2-3 years of full time professional experience in strategy consulting, data analytics, retail, e-commerce, or marketing roles.
• Hands on experience with strategy execution, change management and datadriven decision making.
• Expertise in data analytics tools and technologies (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Tableau, or Python) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with creating User Stories and Use Cases is a plus.
• Ability to perform deep dive analyses, develop financial models and deliver actionable insights.
• Exceptional problem solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects in a dynamic, cross functional environment.
• High integrity, professional discretion, and ability to work autonomously.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
