E-Commerce Intern   

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, E-Commerce, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field,

• Interested in e-commerce and digital marketing,

• Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel,

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,

• Eager to learn and develop professionally,

• Proactive, organized, and responsible,

• Strong communication and teamwork skills,

• Able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment,

• Basic knowledge of e-commerce or marketplace operations is a plus.     

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of e-commerce and marketplace platforms,

• Assist with product listing processes, including product categorization and content checks,

• Monitor and update product prices, stock levels, and campaign information,

• Track product and category-level stock availability and inform relevant teams when needed,

• Support the execution and monitoring of campaigns and promotions across marketplace platforms,

• Assist with preparing sales performance reports and analyzing sales data,

• Monitor customer reviews and feedback and share relevant insights with the related teams,

• Track sales trends and product performance,

• Support the team in identifying actions to improve product visibility and sales performance across marketplaces,

• Follow current trends and developments in the e-commerce industry,

• Collaborate with relevant departments to support and improve e-commerce operations.
